Kicking off the 1,400km, 14 day Cycle in the Phoenix Park this Saturday the 23rd April and heading throughout the Island of Ireland to finish back at the Phoenix Park again on Saturday May 7th.
Why not drop by the Phoenix Park if you live in Dublin and show your support for the Cyclist’s’. There will be more than 10,000 cyclists joining in, on all types of bikes and in all types of weather to help spread the message that “It’s ok not to feel ok; and it’s absolutely ok to ask for help”.
This will mark the 4th year that the event has taking place and the folks at Cycle Against Suicide want 2016 to be the biggest and best Cycle yet bringing their message to the 6.4 million people on the island of Ireland.
Below is a map of the route the cyclists will be taking, If you live along the route please show your support and cheers them on as they cycle by.
