The Laurels Charity Cycle will take place next month, Friday the 15th of April. The Laurels will once again partner with Straight Ahead for this year’s cycle challenge.
The cycle will be from Cork to Carlow and then on to Dublin
The new route will no doubt present a challenge to many of the cyclist’s taking part in this year’s challenge with a total distance of 252 km over the two days, however there is an optional shorter cycle.
This year the cycle will be helping raise much needed funds, which will go towards equipping the new orthopaedic theatre in Crumlin Children Hospital with special machines such as an anaesthethic machine, an ultrasound machine etc. and also new beds for the orthopaedic ward.
